myblackamericanprincess.com is operated independently.
The site runs on self-hosted software on a private server.
It is not run by, or on behalf of, any platform or agency.
[ 02 ] WHAT IS COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Analytics. This site uses a privacy-oriented analytics
service to measure traffic — pages viewed, referring source,
approximate region, device type. It does not use cookies for
tracking, does not build advertising profiles, and does not
follow you to other sites.
Server logs. The server records standard access logs,
including IP address and browser type, for security and
troubleshooting. These are not reviewed except when
investigating abuse.
There are no advertising pixels on this site. No Meta pixel,
no Google Ads tag, no data brokers, no retargeting.
ebonyfindom.com carries no analytics at all.
[ 03 ] COOKIES
One cookie is set: a record that you affirmed the age gate.
It stores nothing about you — only that you clicked. It
expires after seven days.
Moving between this site and ebonyfindom.com passes a single
parameter (?verified=1) so you are not asked to affirm twice.
It carries no identifying information and is removed from the
address bar on arrival.
If you subscribe, standard session cookies keep you signed in.
[ 04 ] THE NEWSLETTER
If you subscribe, your email address is stored by the site's
publishing software and delivered through a third-party email
service, which processes the send and records whether a
message was opened or a link clicked.
Your address is never sold, rented, traded, or shared.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing
removes you; you may also write and ask to be deleted
entirely.
[ 05 ] APPLICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE
If you apply, or write directly, you choose what you disclose.
No documents are requested and none should be sent. Do not
send pay stubs, account statements, balances, screenshots of
financial records, or identification. Anything of that kind
that arrives is deleted unread.
Financial standing is affirmed by your word and assessed in
conversation. That is the whole of it.
Applications are read by me alone. They are not shared, not
published, and not discussed. Unsuccessful applications are
deleted. Successful ones are retained only as long as the
arrangement continues, and deleted at its end.
[ 06 ] WHAT HAPPENS ON THE PLATFORMS
Calls, tribute, and gifting occur on external platforms —
NiteFlirt, Throne, and others. Those platforms operate under
their own privacy policies and their own data handling, and
what they collect is outside my control and outside this
notice. Read theirs before you transact.
I do not receive your payment details, card numbers, or
billing address from any platform.
[ 07 ] DISCRETION
Nothing about you is published. Not your name, not your
handle, not your correspondence, not the fact of your
involvement. Where anything is acknowledged publicly, it is
acknowledged anonymously and without detail that could
identify you.
This is not a courtesy. It is the arrangement.
[ 08 ] YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it corrected,
or ask for it deleted. Write and it is done — no process,
no forms, no negotiation.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights
under law. Those apply regardless of what this page says.

and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under
